See what customers run into when they try to reach you.
I check your website, forms, phone line and online presence the way a customer would, using public information and one call to your main line. You get one page of dated facts: your free Lead-Leak Snapshot.
- Your website, forms, phone line, Google profile and what AI tools say about you
- Every finding dated, with how I checked it
- No login, no passwords, no call required
Not offered to healthcare providers or financial-services firms: I don’t take on work involving their data.
Ask for your Snapshot.
It takes under a minute.
What I check
Five places a customer can get stuck.
Each finding is a dated fact with how I checked it, so you can check it too.
01Your website
How it behaves on a phone: how long the main content takes to appear, whether the phone number and email links work when tapped, and whether search engines and AI tools can read it.
Why it matters: It’s often where someone checks you out before getting in touch.
02Your forms
Whether your contact or quote form loads without errors, and whether there’s a way to book or get an answer without waiting for a call back.
Why it matters: A broken form fails quietly. You never see the requests that didn’t arrive.
03Your phone line
One call to your main number outside business hours, noting what happens: a person, a voicemail or nothing.
Why it matters: If nobody answers and there’s no voicemail, the caller has no way to reach you.
04Your Google profile
Your hours, category, photos and reviews, and how many recent reviews have a reply.
Why it matters: Google’s maps and AI answers draw on it.
05What AI tools say
What ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers say when someone asks for a business like yours. A dated snapshot, because these answers change often.
Why it matters: It shows whether you come up, and whether what’s said about you is right.
I don’t log in to anything, ask for passwords or submit your forms.
Example
What a finding looks like.
Examples on a made-up business, not real results.
Phone line
Tuesday, 6:40 pm CT
I called the main number on the website. It rang nine times, with no answer and no voicemail.
How I checked: One call from my own number, logged with the time.
Forms
Wednesday, 9:15 am CT
The “Request a quote” button on the contact page opens an error page on a phone.
How I checked: Opened on a phone-sized screen. Nothing was submitted.
Google profile
Wednesday, 9:30 am CT
2 of the last 20 Google reviews have a reply from the business.
How I checked: Counted on the public Google profile.
Each Snapshot has 3 to 5 findings like these, each with a screenshot and what it would take to fix. If everything checks out, it says that too.

Your Snapshot
One page by email. If something is worth fixing, it says what it would cost and what I’d charge. If nothing is, it says that.
If you want help with what it finds
- Teams under 10
